Use the Checklist as an Observation Habit
The checklist is not a substitute for veterinary care. Its value is consistency: noticing what is normal makes appetite changes, smaller droppings, unusual posture, dirty fur, or reduced activity easier to recognize early.
Making the Checklist Fit Your Rabbit
Add tasks for long coats, medication, mobility support, bonded-pair observation, or veterinary instructions. Daily checks should be quick enough to complete consistently while still catching changes in appetite, droppings, posture, and activity.
A checklist supports observation; it should not make an unusual change seem normal simply because every box was checked.
